Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the World Development Systems ("WDS") website. This page discusses the various policies that we have in regards to the way that we conduct our business. These policies are broken down into the following four categories:

1. Order Acceptance Policy

After you place an order, World Development Systems will determine whether or not to fulfill the order, and World Development Systems may refuse your order or limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth on this page.

World Development Systems reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason including - but not limited to - credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order you agree that World Development Systems's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to World Development Systems for the product giving rise to World Development Systems's liability.

2. Delivery Policy

WDS despatch products to destinations all over the world. In certain countries we do have local resellers who act as agents on our behalf, and most of these keep their own stock for faster delivery to customers. However, goods may be ordered directly from WDS by customers anywhere in the world, and in some countries (currently Norway and Italy) any orders placed to the local resellers in this country are forwarded directly to WDS in the UK for processing.

The delivery costs for an order are based upon the weight (or sometimes the dimensional weight) of the final packaged delivery item(s), together with any insurance that might be applicable on some of the electronic devices. The type of delivery used varies for each product, but can be broadly split into three groups:

  • Plant Enhancers, Water Enhancers, programmed e-Pendants (e.g. Stress Balance) and cards, Silent Healing CDs, and e-Lybra accessories are sent by regular post to the UK and the rest of the world for small orders.

  • Food and Drink Energisers, Mains Water Enhancers, "blank" e-Pendants (multi-packs for practitioners), Resonance Keys (plasma), Biofield Re-Energisers, and Geo-Travel Devices are sent by next day delivery to the UK (requires a signature), and by International Signed-For to the rest of the world.

  • Geopathic Devices and e-Lybra & ONE Systems are sent by UPS courier service to the UK and the rest of the world.

Since the Covid lockdown we have experienced some interruptions to our access to raw components and this is affecting our regular delivery timescales. We currently state that orders will be despatched within 28 days of order. If we estimate that deliveries would be longer than this then we mark the item as unavailable, although you are very welcome to contact us via sales@wds-global.com and state your wish to place an order for the item - we will advise on availability as best as we can. Delivery times are then down to the efficiency of the local postal service in the various parts of the world. When you buy an e-Lybra system, a ONE system, or a Geopathic Device you will be provided with the DHL tracking number when the package has been collected from our premises. Tracking numbers for our products are used to help us locate the status of a package if it is taking longer than expected, but we will provide them to customers beforehand if requested to do so.

Delivery to addresses outside of the United Kingdom

Please note that all goods are dispatched from within the United Kingdom and we operate a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) policy. This means that for deliveries made outside of the UK each recipient is liable for the import duties, customs and local sales tax levied in that country. If you need further guidance on our policy in this regard then please contact us via email at: sales@wds-global.com before placing your order. Once the goods are despatched we are unable to amend or change the delivery information.

3. Returns/Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you are a UK customer you have a statutory right to cancel your order for a short time. You may do this by sending by sending an email a WRITTEN notice of cancellation to:

stating your full name and address and other information sufficient to identify your order. Please also tell us WHY you are returning the goods, and your telephone number in case we have a question. You have until the expiry of TWENTY WORKING DAYS (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and public holidays), starting with the day after the products are delivered, to exercise this right.

Before returning the product, please wait for World Development Systems to provide with with an RMA (return material authorisation) number that will help us track your return and make sure you receive your refund as soon as possible.

If you exercise your right to cancel then any money that you have paid for your order will be refunded, apart from the costs of the original postage and packaging. You are responsible for all costs of returning the product to us. We do not take responsibility for the returned item(s) until we physically receive it, so we recommend that you be sure to engage a reliable service which will ensure that nothing will be damaged or lost while in transit.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must also:

  • take reasonable care of the products until you return them; and

  • ship the product to us in its original packaging at your expense or risk.

  • We will not tolerate a covert "item refresh"attempt. If we send you some goods and you then notify us that you have decided that you don't want the product after all and return it to us then it must be the same physical items that we sent to you. For example, we do not want to send you a new pair of e-Lybra heel straps, and then have you send back an old set when you cancel the order.

If you are cancelling a Computer Clear software license purchase then the license key must NOT have been used for any activations.

4. Broadcast Services Policy

WDS provide a remote transmission service to various retail devices (contact us for further details):

  • Programmed e-pendants
  • Geo-travel device
  • Geopathic device
  • Resonance Key (plasma)
  • One system
  • Mobile phone service (not currently referenced on our website)

This service is provided by a custom broadcast service, written and maintained by WDS staff. The events of the widespread lockdowns during 2021/2022 have demonstrated that the perceived stability of what is "normal" in our society cannot be relied upon, such as climactic or biological factors. We will always endeavour to keep our broadcast services operational and, where appropriate, to maintain websites or other method to allow for configuration of those services (e.g. change of formulae).

That said, we must make a legal statement that we cannot be held liable for any circumstances which could or do arise from a failure to maintain the live running of the broadcast server. Possible reasons for this are exemplified by, but not limited to:

  • impairment (e.g. "Covid", accident, other illness) or unavoidable unavailability of key WDS staff
  • local issues which prevent operation of the broadcast server infrastructure, such as social upheaval, damage, loss of electricity or Internet services
  • damage to WDS infrastructure
  • inability of WDS to trade due to financial consequences of ongoing Covid lockdowns

WDS have resources in place to initiate an alternate broadcast service as soon as possible should any kind of interruption occur, as described above. Your continued use of our broadcasting service and the operability of all affected devices and services indicates your acceptance of our policy of non-liability.
